If you're buying the physical version, you do get the PS5 case and disc, which might be important to you if you're proud of your physical collection. Only PS4 edition comes with a free PS5 upgrade (just this one time, as an exception for Horizon Forbidden West). The base PS5 version is only for Sony's new console, so you lose out of that additional platform while also paying $10 more, which makes little sense. With the PS4 version of the game and its inherent free upgrade, you are getting Horizon Forbidden West for two consoles. In fact, paying $70 outright for the PS5 version might be a worse value proposition too.
